The work project of “Green and Inclusive Economic Recovery through Circular Economy in Food & Beverages Related Sectors” was proposed to support stakeholders with a set of policy recommendation regarding the green and inclusive economic recovery through circular economy in the food and beverages industry sectors. This document is one of two reports produced by two main activities of the projects:
1) Quick/Rapid Assessment on Food & Beverage (F&B) value chains that contribute most significantly to green economic recovery in the context of LCDI and the identification of circular economy potential– as the basis for value chain selection;
2) Resource Efficiency Potential Assesment in F&B Sector, including in-depth assessment on Waste & CO2 Reduction potential in Food & Beverage sub-sectors.
