PAGE at the High-Level Political Forum 2023: Driving Action for Accelerating the Green Transition through circular economy and partnerships
"There are 3 key enablers for a transition to a circular economy through the creation of an effective business model: first, innovative funding mechanisms to support businesses transitioning from a linear to circular economy model, second, innovation and collaboration between stakeholders and competitors to create an environment that enables collective transformation of the entire value chain, and third, green product standardization to create a sustainable and responsibility ecosystem, and measure potential environmental impacts along the value chain. This ecosystem can be cultivated if it is supported by an effective circular economy business model."
Dr. Vivi Yulaswati – Deputy Minister for Maritime Affairs and Natural Resources, Ministry of National Development Planning, Indonesia.
